On 8 January 2024, the UEHJ and other partners began implementing the European e-FILIT project (For a better implementation of EU law and the use of information and communication technology (ICT) systems in the fields of EU judicial cooperation through interprofessional training).
The 1st one-and-a-half-day interprofessional conference on the main instruments of EU judicial cooperation in civil, commercial, and family matters, with a particular focus on recent developments in case law at both the European Court of Justice and national level, will take place on 9 and 10 July 2024 with the following topic: “Jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters in the European Union: New challenges”.

This conference will be held in hybrid mode (with translation into Romanian, Portuguese and French) and is therefore open to any judicial officer or equivalent who wishes to take part in this online conference.
