PACE (Privacy Awareness in Civil Enforcement) project aims to improve the application of the GDPR /General Data Protection Regulation/ in enforcement.

International Union of Judicial Officers identified specific priorities in the direction of reinforcing judicial cooperation.

Since a need to focus on the application of the GDPR in cross-border enforcement proceedings in civil and commercial law was determined, they are free conferences on line on the subject.
